About Click & Collect
Click and collect is a service we provide which allows you to purchase products online and then pick them up in store. This new way of shopping allows you to make purchases in the comfort of your own home.
Once you have made your order you will be sent an email with the details of your pickup location and order number. Currently we only provide click and collect in our Bristol store:

There is free customer parking at the store.
Your order will be held for 7 calendar days, after which we’ll return it to our warehouse and refund your account within 2 weeks.
Please collect your goods from the Click and Collect service point located at our Electrical Department on the first floor and bring the following items with you:
1. Proof of purchase – a print of this email.
2. Your payment card – for your protection against fraud, we cannot release your purchased goods without seeing your payment card.
3. If someone else is collecting your goods, they must present your proof of purchase as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence only).
To make your visit more enjoyable, when you collect your goods the Electrical Department will give you a voucher for a free coffee or tea in our Café Mezze.
