How it works
- Present your Rewards Card each time you shop with us
- We will stamp your till receipt with a special rewards stamp (keep your till receipts, you will need them!)
- In the first two weeks of December, bring your stamped receipts to our special rewards collection point – 2018 Dates: 1st to 15th December*
- You will then be rewarded with 1 point for every £1 spent
- These points will then be issued to you in the form of Gardiner Haskins store vouchers, or wine. For every 100 points you will receive a £1 store voucher or if you prefer you can exchange 350 points for a bottle of wine from our select choice.The number of bottles you can claim is limited to 10 but there is no limit to the amount of store vouchers.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE – BRISTOL ONLY: due to a restructure of our Bristol store’s business, there’s some changes to our Rewards scheme. Our Bristol Rewards customers are invited to redeem their Rewards points in the form of store vouchers on the weekends in August (4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th August). As our Bristol store begins to reduce its stock for the new showrooms there are going to be some fantastic offers across the store. We don’t want you to miss out, which is why we are offering you the early voucher redemption to take full advantage of these offers.
- This offer is for Bristol Rewards customers ONLY.
- You can still wait until the first two weeks of December to claim your vouchers or wine as you would normally.
- You can claim vouchers in August and then return in December to claim vouchers and/or wine on the rest of your spend for the year.
- Bonus! We’re increasing the cap on wine claim from 10 to 20 bottles.
- There will be no change to our Rewards scheme in Cirencester.
- Bristol will continue to offer the Rewards scheme for purchases in the new Kitchens, Bathrooms, Beds, Custom Made Curtains and Blinds departments.
- We will continue to offer 1% back on all purchases in our store in the form of wine or store vouchers.
- Bonus! For our wine redemption we will increase the cap from 10 to 20 bottles (Bristol and Cirencester).
- Free Tea and Coffee for Rewards: Our Cafe Mezz will close by December 2018 and will not be relocated to the Brunel Rooms. We are considering our options for a new cafe but there are no plans at present. Our new showroom will have tea and coffee making facilities so you can grab a cuppa whilst having a chat to our sales and design teams.
- Exclusive Rewards offers: Customers subscribed to our Rewards scheme will continue to receive their monthly offers via email which will continue to include great deals on products in store and online. We plan to increase the range of products which can be purchased through our website which can be collected in store or delivered to your door.
