What is the lead time for delivery?
Our lead times vary across departments depending on supplier deliveries. Speak to our sales advisors when choosing your products and they can advise of current lead times and any potential delays with your order.
Can you take away my old mattress?
Yes, in exceptional circumstances we can take away your old mattress. Your old mattress must be prewrapped in a mattress bag which we will provide you with at the point of sale. Mattresses must be located downstairs, securely bagged. Delivery teams are not permitted under any circumstances to come into contact with unwrapped goods for return.
Bedroom furniture assembly
Two man delivery of goods to your room of choice. Unpacking of goods, assembly of divan sets and the removal of all packaging.
Note, delivery fees apply. Your driver will contact you up to an hour before your delivery to let you know they are on their way. If the driver is having difficulty locating your property they may need to contact you for assistance, therefore please make sure you provide us with a telephone number which will be available on the day of delivery. Please ensure clear and safe access to the property and a clear space in which to leave the goods must be available.
